Webshowlooksmenu player 1. into the console to open the character creation menu. You might have to be in third person, and in a well-lit area because the camera angles can be a little finnicky. Also, after you enter the character creation menu, you can go into the body mode and out again to "reset" the camera angle to one right in front of your face.
