Posted Posted 30+ days ago 1 WebWhen I rang Hays, no one apologised and it was made to sound as if I was being stupid. They did not offer to move us until I asked about it, and even then they said it wasn’t guaranteed that we could be moved and no compensation for being in potentially the wrong hotel was available.
