The 3 while it was the old $100 King was easily dethroned a couple of years ago. It's not an amp I recommend anybody really get but $60 isn't a bad price for them if that's all you have. WebWhile the heresy does measure better than the magni 3+, there is supposedly a slight difference in how they sound. The heresy is basically a textbook linear amp; sound in, louder sound out. The 3+, seems to sound slightly warmer though. From a audio science perspective, the heresy is the better amp by a decent margin.
