The app brings Steam achievement notifications more in line with something like Xbox Game Pass for PC … WebSteam already makes achievements that were obtained by less than 10% of players glow. In almost every game theres an achievement that you get for unlocking the rest which is practically the trophy. Id like for badges to work based on achievements too instead of paid cards, would be pretty nice.

This makes no logical sense for the programing team to say lack of achievement notifications is working as intended but still add an option to show them.
