Webb6 dec. 2011 · Wireless Thermostat Troubles. I've helped out with a few boilers queries on here in the past, and now it's time to ask for help myself. . The user manual is here. It is controlled using a Mark 1 DT10RF digistat optimiser wireless thermostat. The problem is that the boiler keep losing contact with the thermostat. WebbHere are a few of the potential reasons why your boiler may not be igniting. You can try solving some issues yourself, but for other problems, you’ll need to contact a Gas Safe Registered engineer. Thermostat set too low or faulty. If the temperature in your house is above what you’ve set your thermostat at, your boiler won’t come on.
